Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Estonia Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, Estonia's navigation and maps app landscape saw notable performance trends across the top five applications on a unified platform. Here’s a closer look at their metrics based on Sensor Tower data.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a consistent download pattern throughout the quarter. Downloads fluctuated slightly, starting at approximately 1K in early January and peaking at 1K by the end of March.

Google Maps Go experienced a decline in downloads over the quarter. Beginning with 687 in late December, numbers decreased to 499 by the end of March, showing a downward trend.

Google Earth downloads started at 614, with a notable drop mid-quarter, reaching 188 in mid-March, before slightly recovering to 228 by the end of the period.

MAPS.ME: Offline maps GPS Nav saw varied revenue and download trends. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at $294 in late March. Downloads showed an early increase in February, reaching 272, before declining to 56 in March.

Radar GO-X: HUD, GPS, Maps showed a peak in downloads at 294 in early February, followed by a consistent decrease to 43 by the end of March. Revenue remained relatively stable, averaging around $19 throughout the quarter.
